Prof Bruno Frenguelli

Prof Bruno Frenguelli is a Professor of Neuroscience at the University of Warwick, UK. He served as a Non-Executive Director of a spin-out developing finger prick diagnostics for stroke, was a Trustee, Director and the Chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee of a UK epilepsy charity, and was Honorary Secretary, Trustee and Director of the British Neuroscience Association.

He is the Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal, Neuropharmacology, and has been involved in national research assessment exercises in the UK and Hong Kong.

His primary research interests are the influence of positive experience on the brain, and novel purine-based therapies for acute brain injuries and pain.
